A signed Moschino, Milan belt, made in Italy by Redwall — the official licensed manufacturer of Moschino accessories at the time. Supple and neat black leather, iconic buckle and hardware — the refined and assertive design of the Milanese house in its golden age. Length 88 cm, width 3.2 cm.

Very good overall condition — perfect leather and hardware. Note: slight natural creases around the adjustment holes, without affecting use. Ready-to-wear item.

History

Founded in Milan in 1983 by Franco Moschino, the eponymous fashion house immediately established itself as one of the most subversive and creative in Italian fashion. Franco Moschino, a former fashion illustrator trained at Versace, developed a unique style—ironic, colorful, provocative—that lampooned luxury and fashion codes while perfectly mastering them. His creations were visual manifestos: embroidered slogans, wordplay, and nods to pop culture and contemporary art.
