1. A Final Sale Policy (No Returns, No Exchanges)

VestiaireFMR advocates for thoughtful and selective consumption. In accordance with Swiss law, all sales are firm and final. VestiaireFMR does not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

2. Why This Policy?

• The integrity of premium materials: You are purchasing exceptional pieces in silk, leather or wool, each carefully selected. These materials are delicate and cannot withstand repeated shipping cycles. By prohibiting returns, VestiaireFMR guarantees every customer that their piece has never been handled, tried on or stored inappropriately after its quality inspection.
• Expertise & Transparency: Every item is assessed, measured and inspected from every angle. The condition of each piece is described with surgical precision, so that no surprises are possible upon opening the parcel. Detailed descriptions and accurate measurements allow you to evaluate each piece with full confidence, from the comfort of your home.
• Environmental Responsibility: Return shipping is one of the biggest polluters in e-commerce. By choosing VestiaireFMR, you are joining a local and sustainable approach that drastically reduces the carbon footprint associated with logistics.
  

3. Guarantee & Inspection

The customer is required to inspect the item upon receipt. In the rare event that a significant description error has escaped VestiaireFMR's expertise (art. 197 CO), you have 48 hours to get in touch. After this period, and in accordance with standard practice, the goods are considered accepted.

Damage & Issues

In accordance with VestiaireFMR's final sale policy, please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact VestiaireFMR immediately so that the situation can be assessed and an appropriate solution provided.

Please note that vintage cuts and materials (leather, silk) do not fit the same way as current ready-to-wear garments.
